I’m an ex-trading floor analyst, small business owner, emerging artist supporter, entrepreneur, mentor, and startup operations go-to guy. I live in a New York City suburb with my wife Christina and daughters Isla & Elise during the week, and upstate in our cabin most weekends.
I began my career on Wall Street during the cataclysmic summer of 2008 — a truly historic moment for your first job out of college. I rode through the troughs of both the Madoff scandal, and an American turned European financial crisis. After nearly 4 years on the BNP Paribas trading floor working within alternative investments and risk analytics teams often serving as the translator between the ultra mathematical folks and the sales guys, I left the industry to reinvigorate my father Victor Victori’s painting career, and began managing him and contemporary artists around the world. While building this business through a traveling gallery model, I produced a feature-length documentary on my father's work and took over the management of my family’s commercial fine art framing business. In the years following my departure from banking, I organized and curated multiple exhibitions around the world and in 2014 opened a physical exhibition space in Bushwick focusing on immersive solo installations with now partner Celine Mo. During this time, I relocated and rebuilt the commercial retail framing business to a 2,500 square foot showroom & production facility, tripled the business, and it was ultimately acquired in 2018. In 2017, I joined the newly established US division of Storefront, and there lead global initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Marketing, and HR to improve top of the funnel volume, conversion, customer experience, sales, content and people management practices across 5 offices on 3 continents. The gallery re-opened in Chelsea in April 2019 and continues to function as a space committed to political dialogue, personal narratives, and artistic storytelling today, operating largely with a team that I continue to advise. In the summer of 2020, I became COO at JUV Consulting, a purpose-driven Gen Z lead consulting firm and marketing agency that partners with Fortune 500 leaders to improve their products, services, and overall businesses using bespoke insights, strategy, and campaigns that resonate with and serve the next generation of consumers and employees. At JUV, I’ve been responsible for scaling the organization in nearly every way possible, from systems & softwares, policy development, people management, leadership coaching, HR, Finance, and strategic planning. Basically, my job is to turn the chaos of a brilliant Gen Z team into order, impact, purpose, and profit.
